Suspected Boko Haram Members Hijack School Bus in Nyanya, Abuja

Following reports that suspected Boko Haram members hijacked a school bus this morning and kidnapped school children in Karu and Nyanya areas of Abuja went viral.
The rumor had it that two schools were invaded – Ave Maria and Vine International Academy.
However, here is the true story, Ave Maria was not involved. The school proprietor of Ave Maria confirmed on phone that their school wasn’t involved. But at Vine International Academy in Nyanya, their school bus was taken this morning
by gunmen.
Vine Interntional school’s proprietress confirmed the gunmen tried to enter her school but eventually couldn’t. And NO child was taken away by them. Just their school bus.
