randy father who resides in Kalabari Beach in the Oguta Local
Government Area of the state, said the illicit act started five months
ago.
He also claims to have slept with the daughter six times
until he was exposed by the pregnancy, adding that it was the devil's
handiwork.
The father of eleven, who claims to be an elder in a
Pentecostal church, said he was ready to appease the land while praying
for forgiveness from all.
Narrating her ordeal, the 5-month-old
pregnant girl who is the man’s first daughter from his second late wife,
alleged that her father came to her room one night and forced himself
on top of her after removing her clothes and threatened to deal with her
if she told anybody about the incident.
According to reports, the
man had already made arrangement to sell the unborn baby immediately
he/she was born, an intention the girl opposed.
When the
news of the man impregnating his daughter got out, the youths in the
area stormed his residence, dragged him out and beat him up. It was
gathered that he was saved by a lawyer who was passing by who reportedly
told the angry youths not to take the laws into their hands.
